How do I find the right size?
Measure the foot from the big toe to the heel and compare with the chart: 13 = up to 9 cm, 14 = up to 10 cm, 15 = up to 10.5 cm, 16 = up to 11 cm and 17 = up to 11.5 cm. The Size chart page has a ruler that measures on screen.
The foot is between two sizes. What now?
Choose the bigger one. Babies grow fast and tight shoes hurt.
Are the shoes hypoallergenic?
Yes. Every style is tested and hypoallergenic, made of textile and synthetic material with a non-slip rubber sole.
Are the products new? Are the photos real?
All of them are new and come in their own little box. The photos on the website are of the actual product.
How does the little box discount work?
The more pairs in the same order, the lower the price of each one. Packs of 2, 3 and 4 pairs are applied automatically in the cart, mixing styles and sizes.
How can I pay?
Pix or card through Mercado Pago, right on the website. If you prefer, we can complete the order with you on WhatsApp.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your postal code (CEP). The amount is confirmed before payment. We ship within Brazil.
How soon does the order ship?
Within 48 business hours after the payment is confirmed. We let you know when it ships, with the tracking code.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, with the shoes unused and in the original little box. The first exchange is on us.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days from receipt to cancel, with no need to explain. We refund everything, shipping included.
How do I contact the store?
On WhatsApp, by e-mail or through the contact page. We answer Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Brasília time).
