We only ask for what we need to sell and deliver:

• In an order: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address and, if you choose to provide it, CPF.
• On the contact page: name, e-mail, phone (optional) and your message.
• In your browser: the cart, the language and light or dark mode are saved on your own device, so the store remembers your choices.

To confirm and deliver the order, process the payment, send notices about your purchase (such as the tracking code) and answer your messages. We never sell or rent anyone’s data.

Only with those who need it for your purchase to happen:

• Mercado Pago, which processes the payment. Card details are typed into Mercado Pago’s environment and never pass through us.
• Correios (the Brazilian postal service) or the carrier, with name, address and phone, for delivery.

The website uses a secure connection and access to the store dashboard is restricted. We keep order data for as long as needed for customer service, exchanges and legal obligations.

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and ask any questions about how it is used. Just write to our e-mail or message us on WhatsApp.
